Christine Vallaire

Christine Jane Vallaire, age 69 of Holland, passed away November 6, 2021 at her home.

Christine was born in Flint, MI to Douglas and Beverly McDonald. She worked for General Motors for over 20 years. Her hobbies included playing cards, watching tv and telling jokes, which she always reminded her kids "she was wasting jokes on them". Christine loved family and never wanted to miss a family event. She loved and cared for everyone, but especially loved spending time with her grandkids. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be deeply missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her father Douglas McDonald, and sister and brother-in-law, Carol (Eric) Fraccalossi.

Christine is survived by her children, Melanie (Felipe Castillo) Vallaire, Jamie (Denise Mouro) Vallaire, Kimberly Vallaire; grandchildren, Breanna, Ondrea, Zach, Sierra; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Abby, Zoe, Zariah, Kyler, Hunter, Zendia, Zamora; mother, Beverly McDonald; brothers, Kurt (Raylene) McDonald, Kendall (Claudette) McDonald; nephew, Eric (Michelle) Ketchum; niece, Sarah (Derek) Plasterer, and family friend Joe Harvey.

A private family service will take place at a later date.
