Barbara "Jeanie" Schriner 71, of Ludington, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015.
She was born March 10, 1944 in Holland, Michigan, the daughter of Robert and Virginia Jorgens. Barbara enjoyed her long walks in the woods, spending time with her animals, and working at Oakview Medical Care Facility in Ludington before her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Schriner.
Barbara was a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by three daughters; Elizabeth (David) Shepard, Dawn Schindler, and Karen (Bud) Helgevold, seven grandchildren: Michael, William, Andrew, Jason, Kristen, Adam, and Ben; one great grandson Jacob; a sister Judith Carns and brother Mick (J.J.) Jorgens; nieces, nephews and cousins.
No services are planned at this time. The family would like to thank and suggest memorial contributions be given to Resthaven Care facilities and Hospice of Holland.
