Ann Mary (Polega) Regelin, 80, of Holland, passed away on Thursday, July 13. She was born October 30, 1936, the daughter of Frank & Mary Polega, in Rockford, MI. She graduated from Union High School in 1954. On April 1, 1967, she married Loren Regelin in Kalkaska, Michigan. They lived in Ann’s family home for a short while before moving to Holland.

Over the years, Ann was employed by Lear Siegler in Grand Rapids and in later years at Subway in Holland as a manager until her retirement.

In addition to her husband, Loren, survivors include: daughter Cathie (Ryan) Bruursema of Rapid River, MI; grandson, Nickolas Bruursema; brothers, Fred (Dora) Polega, of Rockford, MI, and Leo (Adrianne) Polega, of Grand Rapids, MI; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Fran (Polega) Majerczak, and brother-in-law, Bill Majerczak.

A memorial service will be 11 am Thursday (July 20) at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 480 152nd Avenue.
