Adrian C. Donze Jr.

Adrian Donze Jr., age 83, of Holland, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

He served in the U.S. Army in Goose Bay, Alaska on a high level security missile site. He was an avid outdoorsman. For many years, he loved deer hunting with his family in the upper peninsula. He also loved fishing and gardening. Adrian and his wife Micki enjoyed several winters in Florida. They liked going to flea markets and spending time on the lake, fishing. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian Donze Sr. & Gladys Donze, and his grandson, Travis Bielby.

Adrian is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mavis (Micki) Donze; children, Danna Mokma, Sandy Donze, Scott & Kim Donze; grandchildren, Cortney & Pete Fallon, Chelsea & Patrick Bosgraaf, Cody Bielby, Kendra & Jamison Van Eck, Kyleigh & Ryan Elenbaas, Lexi & Cole Miller and 6 great grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, November 12, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street, Holland. A funeral ceremony will be held following visitation at 3:00pm at the funeral home. The V.F.W. Post 2144 and the United States Army Honor Guard will bestow military honors.

A light lunch will follow the service at the funeral home.
